Changing the culture of the campus towards an inclusive higher education - ten years on

The European Access Network's 18th annual conference examines how to translate the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion into established institutional policy and practice

This conference will examine changes over the past ten years to institutional strategies, policies and practices relating to diversity and inclusion, in the context of organisational cultural change. How much of that change has been embedded and what lessons have been learned for the future?
