  • Professor Susan Vinnicombe and Dr Deirdre Anderson, Cranfield University, will present their research into the diversity of governing bodies in higher education
  • Nicola Dandridge, Chief Executive, Equality Challenge Unit, will give a practical update for governors on their legal responsibilities
  • Professor Uduak Archibong and Pete Sayers, University of Bradford, will present on cultural understanding in leadership and management

Workshops and panel discussions will provide opportunity for delegates to explore the implications for their own institutions.
