Woman e-mentoring in lifelong learning (WELL)

An LFHE small development project.

The UALL women in lifelong learning e-mentoring scheme (November 2011-May 2011) was a small-scale, inter-institutional scheme aimed at women working in a variety of roles in lifelong learning. Devised as a way of capitalising on women's expertise and experience within the sector, the scheme offered an informal and cost-effective way of supporting female staff in developing career and professional strategies.
