Staff disclosure of equality data
Examples of policies, guidance and other documents produced by institutions to develop staff disclosure
From September 2008 to June 2009, eight higher education institutions participating in ECU's staff disclosure project piloted interventions aimed to encourage greater staff disclosure of equality data, such as disability status or ethnicity.
Full details of the work implemented by the participating institutions have been published in the ECU report Developing staff disclosure: A guide to collecting and using equality data
The institutions developed a range of documents and publications during the pilots which may be of use to other institutions looking to improve levels of disclosure or support for staff.
