Equality Act guidance updated

ECU's briefing Equality Act 2010: Implications for higher education institutions has been revised and updated in light of changes to implementation dates. The revised briefing includes useful links to resources from the Equality and Human Rights Commission and removes reference to duties that are no longer relevant. 

A second briefing, Equality Act 2010: Key actions for the October provisions has also been revised and updated, noting that protection from association or perception has not been extended to pregnancy and maternity.
