Scottish government Equality Act consultation response published
ECU today published a draft response to the proposed public sector Equality Duty regulations for Scotland
The Scottish government is currently consulting on draft regulations that will underpin the public sector Equality Duty of the Equality Act in Scotland.
ECU today published a draft response to the consultation. We are inviting institutions to review this response and share their views with us before our final submission is submitted. We are also asking institutions if they can provide supporting evidence and real-life examples to support the points raised in our response.
