Previous research commissioned by ECU and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (LFHE) provided an initial survey and data analysis of the equality demographics of HE governing bodies.

Collaboratively working with the LFHE, this project will further explore the diversity of governing bodies and make recommendations for broadening their profiles. It will also explore how to further support governors fulfill their responsibilities with regards to equality, following on from the ECU and LFHE Handbook for governors.
