A toolkit to help you train colleagues on the impact of unconscious bias in universities and colleges, and how to reduce that impact.These materials have been developed following an ECU literature review on unconscious bias, and a growing understanding of the impact unconscious bias can have on recruitment and selection.They are designed for use by people responsible for equality and diversity training to adapt to your own institutional context. Training based on these materials is aimed to help staff involved in recruitment and selection decisions to identify and mitigate against unconscious bias.
