Thinking like a Charter Panellist
Participating in a review panel is one of the best ways to build understanding of ECU’s equality charters – this session seeks to share this experience beyond the panel setting, so that attendees can begin to “think like a panellist” and utilise this insight in their self-assessment process and development of a charter submission.
This consultancy will be of most benefit to staff in your self-assessment team or working on ECU charter applications.
On the day
The session will include:
- overview of the review process and the different roles on a panel
- what a panel is looking for in an application
- exploration of the review process with a “mock-panel”
ECU recommends that the workshop is delivered as a half-day session, but it can be adapted to suit your timings.
The maximum number of participants for this session is 20
