Terms and conditions Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is no charge for attending this event therefore the number of delegates is limited per institutions. There may be flash photography at the event, and images may be used by ECU for future publicity. Cancellation of places must be sent in writing to events@ecu.ac.uk. For cancellations received 7 days in advance of the event, there will be no charge. Cancellations received after this date, or non-attendance of the event, will incur a £50 non-attendance charge. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying events@ecu.ac.uk.
