ECU key statistics
New suite of 30 infographics from ECU's research team.
ECU’s research team have created a new suite of visuals that present some of the key data from our most recent staff and student statistical reports on equality in higher education.
The slide packs contain 15 infographics on staff and 15 infographics on students.
This free resource is intended for use by equality and diversity practitioners, university staff, researchers, students and anyone else with an interest in equalities in higher education.
We are providing these free visuals to help those working with and in the sector to amplify the key messages through conference presentations, social media dissemination and advocacy materials.
The slide packs provide equality data for staff and students with the protected characteristics of age, gender, disability, race and ethnicity, and intersections of these characteristics. Slides on other protected characteristics (such as gender identity, sexual orientation and religion and belief) are not included.
This is because data currently reported in ECU’s staff and student reports is limited, and only relates to institutional return rates and disclosure rates. As more data becomes available in the future we hope to expand #ECUstats to include additional protected characteristics.
