Register your interest in becoming a charter mark panellist

So that we can monitor the diversity of our panels and ensure representation from different groups we would be grateful if you could provide us with some personal information below. The amount of information you provide us with is entirely up to you; please only disclose information with which you are comfortable, but the more you provide, the more useful it will be for us when thinking about the composition of panels and monitoring the overall diversity of ECU panels.

Where you do not wish to disclose information, please choose the ‘prefer not to say’ option, or leave those questions blank.

All of the information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).

Once you have registered your interest you will be notified by email about upcoming opportunities as a panellist.

Charter mark panellist form

  • How ECU selects panellists

  • Please note that submitting this form this does not guarantee that you will be selected to take part in a review panel.

Panellists are selected against a number of criteria to ensure both a gender balance and a mix of academics and subject specialists, equality and diversity practitioners and HR experts.

In a typical awards round, we have approximately 25 panels. Each panel is made up of around 5 panellists. The popularity of ECU's equality charter marks means that we now have over 500 panellists registered on our database. Not everyone that registers their interest will be able to become a panellist.

By registering your interest, you will remain on our records and will receive an email later on this year when we are starting to put the panels together for the next submission deadline.
